Ms. Shabnam R. Shaikh is a seasoned academic professional, currently holding the position of Vice Principal at the Balaji Junior college of Arts, Commerce & Science, Pune. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the junior college, with a focus on curriculum planning, development, and ensuring its effective execution.

With an M.Sc. in Biology and have more than one decades of teaching experience. She teach XI and XII students various concepts of biological sciences while preparing their course curriculum and has the ability to create engaging learning experiences. She utilises interactive resources and practical experiments to engage students and make the subject matter come alive.
