Ms. Sarika Deshmukh

Bio

Mrs. Sarika Deshmukh is a Commerce course coordinator of Junior college. She has total 18 years’ experience of teaching in the field of commerce stream.  She has been serving in Balaji College for the last 12 years, contributing to both academic and co-curricular excellence. She is actively engaged in preparing lesson plans, timetables, and coordinating meetings and workshops for students. Along with this, she plays a key role in organizing events, maintaining discipline, conducting remedial teaching, and managing annual functions. Her wide-ranging experience, including HSC Board paper checking and evaluation enables her to guide students effectively and help them perform well academically.
