Mrs. Ashwini Shiralkar is a dedicated academic professional, currently holding the position of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) at Balaji Junior College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Pune, India. In this role, she is responsible for guiding students in the field of Mathematics, with a focus on effective curriculum delivery, academic mentoring, and overall student development.
With an M.Sc. in Mathematics and a B.Ed. degree, and having 5 years of teaching experience, she has instructed a wide range of topics at the junior college level. In addition to her academic duties, she actively participates in institutional activities, contributing towards the enhancement of teaching-learning processes.
